(BUR) Building Usage Request form - This form is being provided for your convenience. It is vital that you call the church office and discuss the availability of the dates, times and rooms you are interested in before you complete the form and bring it in to the church office.
Severe Weather Policy - Printable (PDF)
If Willmar School District cancels or is dismissed early due to the weather, there will be NO church activities. FYI to staff: (If the sun comes out later and there is a dramatic change in road conditions, we must still adhere to the policy.)
No School = No Scheduled Activities
In case of inclement weather, church leadership will make the decision by 4:00 pm if scheduled night activities should be cancelled. Please tune to KWLM, KBHZ (91.9), or KWLM (1340AM) "Snow Desk" for news of cancellations.
