I am a 20 year veteran of youth ministry and have served in churches in Illinois and Minnesota. I have been the Youth Pastor at the Evangelical Free Church of Willmar since July 1992.  I grew up in the Cleveland, Ohio area and graduated from Solon High School in 1981 and received a B.A. in Ministries with a Missions minor from Northwestern College, St. Paul MN in 1985.  In 1989 I received my Masters of Divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL.  I am currently a doctoral candidate in the Doctor of Ministry program at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA.  I would say my most important credential is the heart that God has given me to love and serve and disciple youth. I provide pastoral oversight for the Jr. and Sr. High school students along with their families.  My wife Kirsten and I have 4 children: Kenny and Danny (1988), Greta (1989), and Timothy (1992).  I enjoy hanging out with my wife and family and our friends.  I really like vacationing, driving buses, playing and coaching soccer, and eating Italian food.
